Recognizing the multiple barriers to health care that people in poverty and addiction face, Oaks has established
a free health care clinic and offers addiction recovery services, social services, mental health services, and family services.
SERVICES:
While providing emphasis on the homeless population that is staying at our shelter, our services are provided to anyone in our community that is in need.
TREATMENT:
Care provided is similar to the care provided in a family care office
OPEN:
Monday- Thursday 10 am-2 pm: Volunteer nurses are on site to make referrals, help with access and assist with coordination of care.
&
Fridays 9 am-12 pm: Staffed by volunteer nurses and physicians on a walk-in basis.
