Westland Rent/Mortgage Relief Fund is a program to assist low-moderate Income families whose income has been
negatively affected by COVID-19. The City will provide up to three months of emergency rent or mortgage payments
for households whose income has been affected by COVID-19 due to job loss, reduction of working hours or medical
costs. Preference is given to applicants who deferred rent/mortgage payments during the moratorium. Applications
will be reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applications will be accepted until all grant funds are depleted.
