Become a Homeowner:
Once approved, our partner applicants participate in the construction of their new home, participate in home buyer and financial fitness education, and qualify for an affordable mortgage in order to purchase their home.

Repairs:
Habitat for Humanity works with low-and moderate-income homeowners to address critical repair needs. Projects are funded by grants, no-profit, partially forgiven loans, or a combination of the two, depending on funding availability. We do not assist with strictly cosmetic projects.

 Eligible repairs may include:
Roof repair/replacement
Accessibility modifications- ramps, grab bars, tub/shower conversions, etc.
Electrical
Plumbing
Water heaters
Furnaces
Windows
Siding
Insulation
