Housing Counselors are available to help clients individually to set housing goals, work on credit and debt issues, develop realistic spending & savings plans, and create a concrete plan of action to attain their goals. Counseling sessions are geared toward each client’s specific needs & may also include credit counseling, assessment mortgage readiness, helping to establish healthy financial behaviors, reviewing fair housing and landlord-tenant laws, among others.
