Mission:
The AACD Charitable Foundation’s flagship program, Give Back a Smile (GBAS) heals some of the effects of intimate partner and sexual violence, by restoring the smiles of adults who have received dental injuries to the front teeth from a former intimate partner or due to sexual assault.

Access the online application above. After an application is reviewed, the applicant will receive an email within 60 days regarding the status of their application. If approved and there is a volunteer available, the applicant will schedule a phone call with the Case Manager to continue.

Referral: 

After the call is completed, the applicant will be required to confirm they can reliably travel to the volunteer dentist’s office through an online form. Then, the Case Manager will provide office contact information to the applicant so they can schedule a consultation appointment.
