Program transports HIV + individuals to and from medical appointments and psycho-social support groups. The objective
of the program is to reduce social isolation and provide access to primary care & other support services. The program also takes clients to other special community events by request, including conferences, picnics, community retreats and training. Call 48 hours in advance to schedule a ride.
