This program helps eligible veterans, transitioning service members, and qualifying spouses prepare for and secure meaningful civilian employment. Through one-on-one support from Veterans’ Career Advisors, participants receive career assessments, employment planning, résumé and interview assistance, job search support, labor market information, and case management to overcome barriers to employment. The program also connects employers with qualified veteran job seekers through outreach and hiring initiatives in partnership with local Michigan Works! agencies.
