Part of your child’s success in school depends on good hearing & vision. Periodic
hearing and vision screenings during the preschool and school age years are impor-
tant in identifying a hearing or eye problem early. Hearing & Vision Screenings for
children ages 3-18 years are offered in schools, preschools, nurseries, day care cen-
ters and Head Start. If a child is suspected of having a hearing or vision problem, the
parent or guardian will be notified & recommended to see a physician of their choosing.
