For Michigan residents, a program for pregnant women, babies and children under 19. Covers women during pregnancy and the first two months after pregnancy ends. Babies may be eligible for up to one year after birth and children may be covered up to age 19. Also includes transportation to doctor’s visits.
You get:
1. Health insurance at no cost to you.
2. Medical services, dental care and prescription drugs at no cost to you.
3. You need your Social Security number.
4. You don’t need proof of income.
