Mission Statement:
Big Family of Michigan supports and serves the needs of Foster Children, their Foster Families and Foster Grandchildren being raised by their Grandparents in the State of Michigan.

With programs now reaching 45 of Michigan’s 83 counties, our mission is simple: ensure every child feels seen, supported, and loved — always at no cost to the children or their caregivers.

Vision Statement:
Our Vision has allowed us to expand our outreach to 45 of the 83 Counties in Michigan providing services and support to Foster Children and their Foster Families and Foster Grandchildren being raised by their Grandparents.

In Michigan, there are more Grandparents raising Grandchildren than there are Foster Children. The services for this sector are deficient, as often these families do not qualify for any assistance.

Our Vision is to ensure that all Forster Children and Foster Children being raised by Grandparents are not overlooked or forgotten.

Big Family of Michigan is a Michigan based, grassroots 501(c)3 Non-Profit supporting Foster Children from infancy through the age of 21. There is never a cost to the Children or their Caregiver(s).
