LEXCALL REHABILITATION PROGRAM / DIVISION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT 

Must own and live in your home in Fayette Co. and must meet income and asset guidelines. Provides up to $38,000 for homeowners to correct code violations, make modifications related to the occupant’s handicap, and make the home more energy efficient.

For persons who are low-income, there are no monthly payments. For persons who are moderate income, 20 yr. loans of 0%, 1% and 2% are available.
