Housing Rehabilitation Program
This program provides up to $50,000 in financial assistance to low to moderate-income owner-occupied homeowners in Lexington-Fayette County to eliminate substandard housing conditions. This program enables homeowners to correct life, safety and other code violations.

Your name will be placed on a waiting list in the order it is received. It may be up to 12 months or more before your name is at the top of the list and contacted. We regret that we will not be able to serve you immediately.
