After the Storm is a disaster relief agency that provides help to households who have suffered from major catastrophic weather events.

Disaster case managers work with each household to help you rebuild. Services include finding food and shelter, identifying grants and loans for home rebuilds, and managing home repairs. They also try to assist with finding trauma & wellness care, and help families identify needed supports after a major injury.

Serves residents of Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Monroe, Kent, Ionia, Eaton, Ingham, and Livingston counties.
