PONTIAC SENIOR CHORE PROGRAM (Limited time to apply)

Pontiac residents seeking assistance with outdoor chores can apply for services through the Pontiac Senior Chore Program. Applicant must own and live in the home, be age 62 or older (those under age 62 must be living with a physical disability to qualify) and fall within income limits.

Warm weather services include: yard cleanup, bush trimming, tree removal, gutter cleaning, and minor home repair.

Cold weather services include: gutter cleaning, yard cleanup, bush trimming, and snow removal.

This program accepts applications for a limited time twice a year: spring/summer (Feb-Mar) and fall/winter (Sep-Oct). Visit City of Pontiac Special Programs to find out when the application period opens for each season or call 248-758-3119 (Pontiac Neighborhood Services Coordinator)
