Home Repairs:
Our Repair Team performs critical home repairs that impact a resident’s health and safety. Examples include plumbing, electrical, roofing, heating, and more. A co-payment is required for each completed repair and is based on household income and total job cost.

Fix-It-School:
The Fix-it School hosts weekly hands-on workshops on topics such as plumbing, electrical, ceramic tile installation, drywall repair, and cabinet installation. These workshops are FREE and open to anyone. No registration is required.

Home Maintenance Check-Ups:
The Home Maintenance Check-up is a free post-purchase home inspection that is geared toward home maintenance education and access to resources. The check-up is structured similarly to a pre-purchase inspection and is designed to help homeowners prioritize current and future home repair and maintenance needs.

Home Accessibility:
The Home Access Ramps and Modifications program provides accessibility modifications for people with mobility impairments, including the installation of wheelchair ramps, bathroom grab bars, handrails, and bathroom modifications. A co-payment is required for each completed repair and is based on household income and total job cost.
