Adult Immunizations:
Protect adults against influenza and post injury tetanus. Pneumonia shots are available for seniors. Seasonal flu shot clinics are held at local businesses, schools, and governmental offices. Our clinic offers flu shots as well during the season. We do accept some private insurance for adult vaccinations. Please call for availability.
Childhood Immunizations:
Protect your child against various childhood diseases. A vaccination schedule is available from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). Recommended Vaccinations for Child (Birth thru 6 years)    Fees are based on a sliding scale if your child is not covered by a medical card. We do accept some private insurance. Please call for availability.
HIV/AIDS Services:
The HIV test is a simple blood draw from your arm. You will receive education on prevention and counseling if needed. There are two ways to register for your test You can have your test done confidentially. With this option, you will give your name, address and phone number to our clerks to start or add to your personal chart. You will have to return to our facility for results. You will not be contacted unless the test is positive. For information concerning STI testing/treatment, please call the health department and ask to speak with a nurse.
Condom Distribution:
The Health Department offers free condoms to the public during business hours. Condoms are placed in envelopes at the receptionist’s area in the clinic lobby for confidentiality. You may also ask your health care provider for condoms during your visit.
