Capital Area Housing Partnership serves residents in mid-Michigan with several programs to help establish safe, affordable places to call home.

Programs include: Homebuyer Education, Pre-purchase and post purchase counseling, down payment assistance, foreclosure assistance, rental counseling, financial workshops, a tool lending library, and DIY workshops.

Tuesday Toolmen are a group of dedicated volunteers who gather every Tuesday to construct entry ramps and install accessibility devices for mid-Michigan residents.
