CLIENTS SERVED:  Limbs for Life provides assistance for lower limb amputees that have no other means to pay for prosthetic care. If you are a U.S. citizen or a permanent legal resident of the U.S., and do not have Medicare, insurance coverage or state assistance, you may apply for our assistance. International Resources: Donated prosthetic parts that cannot be re-used in the U.S. are shared with charitable partners to aid amputees around the world.

DESCRIPTION:  Limbs for Life Foundation is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to providing fully-functional prosthetic care for individuals who cannot otherwise afford it and raising awareness of the challenges facing amputees.

SERVICES /PROGRAMS:  We provide a financial bridge between amputees and the quality prosthetic care they need to restore their lives.

  We partner with prosthetic professionals who donate their time and skill
  We accept and redistribute donated prosthetic components to broaden our impact
  We provide information and referral to amputees to expand their opportunities

HOW TO APPLY:  To qualify for financial assistance with the Limbs for Life Foundation, applicants must be either a United States citizen, or permanent resident of the United States. Proof of U.S. citizenship will be required as a part of this application. https://www.limbsforlife.org/contact
