OUR MISSION:Â Â Â
Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) is a non-profit organization dedicated to ending drunk and drugged driving, supporting victims, and preventing underage drinking.
MADD has trained professional victim advocates who provide services across the country. They are taught to help identify victims and survivors’ needs and connect them with the resources and emotional support required after the impact of a drunk or drugged driving crash.
Some examples of the types of resources available include:
Guidance and information about the criminal and civil justice process & information about victims’ rights and education on topics related to victimization
Connections and assistance finding national, state and local financial resources
Direct and indirect emotional support options, including one-on-one emotional support, peer support and referrals for therapy
A team of compassionate, victim-focused staff and volunteers available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the MADD Victim Services Helpline at 1-877-MADD-HELP or 1-877-623-3435
