ASSOCIA CARES

Associa Cares is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that was created by Associa and its family of management companies to provide assistance for those in need as a result of natural or man-made disasters. Our primary mission is to provide financial assistance to people who have met with a qualifying disaster that impacts their home. Grants are limited and considered on a first come first served basis. Victims of disaster that do not live in Associa-managed communities/strata are also eligible.

Grants are limited and considered on a first come, first served basis. In general, our aid is limited to a one-time grant per residence/disaster. Grants are available to anyone whose home has been damaged or destroyed by a disaster. Applicants do not have to be a member of an Associa-managed community/strata.

Applications are accepted from residents of the U.S. and Canada. If you reside outside of the U.S. or Canada, please email us directly at info@associacares.org to inquire about applying, prior to completing the application form.
