We partner with people who demonstrate a willingness to invest a minimum of 250 sweat
equity volunteer hours, a down payment deposit, pay property taxes, & complete various financial/ budget management classes, and pay-off debts. Families accepted into our program are required to invest their time, talent & resources in exchange for a mortgage.
