Hope Clinic believes that you are made in the image of God and deserve to have your needs met with dignity and care. All of Hope Clinic’s services are free, no residency requirements. Most of our services are not income-contingent. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
Medical Care:- Ypsilanti & Westland locations: Hope’s Medical Clinics offer free primary care for the uninsured and under-insured.
We will work with you to get access to public insurance if you are eligible. If you need a specialist, we will do our best to refer you to one through our network of specialty care providers. We can always refer you to an area hospital for lab and basic radiology services at no cost. You can also receive certain medications, both prescription and nonprescription, provided onsite and at no cost through our Hope Pharmacy. Hope Clinic does not store or prescribe controlled substances.
Dental Care-Ypsilanti: The Hope Dental Clinic provides limited dental treatment to the community. In order to become a patient, you must be: Uninsured & have an income that is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level Proof of income and photo ID will be required prior to scheduling an appointment. Unfortunately, we are unable to see you in the dental clinic if you have any form of dental insurance.
Behavioral Health Services: Our Behavioral Health team provides support on site, by appointment, and will connect you to other relevant services in the community. A few of the services offered through the Behavioral Health Department at Hope include: Support groups and referrals for behavioral health services / assistance with legal IDs /clothing vouchers and bus tokens / applications for health insurance, SNAP (for food), etc. / telephone, telehealth, and in-person appointments with precautions are available.
Groceries: Pantry Appointments: Pantry appointments allow you to shop for your own food and personal care items alongside a volunteer. You may sign up for one pantry appointment per month and expect to leave with 6+ bags of food, including produce, dairy and meat. DELIVERY: Can’t pick up groceries? If you are unable to pick up groceries due to mobility, transportation, or heath concerns, Hope Clinic offers grocery delivery! You can choose to get your delivery either Wednesday or Friday, and it will come between 1-4pm. Call 734-484-2989 Mon-Thurs from 9 AM – 4 PM to reserve a delivery. Delivery address must be within 10 miles of Hope Clinic AND HOT MEALS: No appointment necessary. All meals are carry-out. There is no eating or drinking allowed in the Hope Clinic Dining Room at this time. Saturday / Sunday / Monday / Tuesday / Thursday / Friday 5:00pm-6:00pm The Hope Clinic does not serve a meal on Wed.
Vaccinate Washtenaw program offers free rides: The Vaccinate Washtenaw program now offers free transportation to vaccination clinics or medical appointments where vaccines or boosters are administered. Please call the Washtenaw Transportation Assistance Hub at 734-259-4125 to book your fare-free ride today. Use code “Vaccinate Washtenaw” when booking.
Laundry:
You can do your laundry for free at Hope Clinic. We provide high-quality machines and soap. RESERVE A TIME! Call (734) 961-3124 starting Friday at 9 a.m. to sign up for a slot Monday-Saturday of the following week. Sign up for the upcoming week continues until slots are full.
Diaper Pantry: Free diapers, wipes, formula and baby food can be picked up at the Hope Clinic Wednesday 4-6pm or Thursdays 11:30am-1:30pm. You may come once monthly to pick up these items. No appointment needed, please bring a picture of the child’s birth certificate to your first visit.
