Vaccines For Children: Children (18 years of age and younger):
Vaccines provided through the VFC program include: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Hemophilus Influenza Type B, Polio, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Pneumococcal Conjugate, Influenza (seasonal), Rotavirus, Meningococcal, RSV (seasonal) and Human Papillomavirus vaccines.
Vaccines for Adults: Adults (19 and older)
Vaccines available*: Hepatitis A; Hepatitis B; Human Papilloma Virus (HPV); Influenza (seasonal); MMR (measles, mumps, rubella); Meningococcal (MCV4); Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis); RSV; Varicella; and MPox.
Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI): staff offer confidential and quality health services to all residents of Fayette County. Call 859-288-2483 for a same-day appointment. Our limited panel does NOT include bacterial vaginosis, urinary tract infection (UTI), yeast infections or Trichomonas. Hours: 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Mondays, 3 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Wednesdays and 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursdays
