Individuals and Foster Parents
If you spent time in foster care and you would like to have a wish submitted on your behalf, or if a child in your care has a wish, please contact your current or former caseworker or a local social service agency, church or nonprofit and ask them to become a Community Partner. They can do this by applying through the “Agencies & Nonprofits” section.
