The Robert R. Frank Student Run Free Clinic is staffed by volunteer physicians from the Metro Detroit
community and medical students from the Wayne State University School of Medicine. Our leadership is composed of a medical director, who is a licensed physician, and 2nd to 4th year medical students. The Free Clinic (SRFC) provides free healthcare to the uninsured.

Patients are seen by our medical student teams and our volunteer physicians. The team conducts any necessary physical exams and provide further testing, if needed, at no cost to the patient. We are also able to provide prescriptions and some social work services.

Our volunteers are dedicated to listening to our patients concerns and providing high-quality care.​

At this time, we offer both in-person appointments at our clinic and telemedicine appointments.

Clinic Hours: 9am – 12pm, two Saturdays per month. Please call to make an appointment that fits your schedule.
