RX OUTREACH HEALTHY RE-ENTRY

Healthy Reentry is a collaborative partnership between Rx Outreach, Healthcare Systems & Rehabilitative Communities to provide bridge medications to men and women transitioning from incarceration back into the community. Since Rx Outreach separated from Express Scripts in 2010 to become an independent non-profit, we have been providing medication to people in need. By becoming a collaborative partner with us in Healthy Reentry and helping providing medications for mental and physical illness, together we’ll create healthier and safer communities, reducing common risk factors that increase recidivism.

1,100+ Medications for chronic conditions such as: diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease, mental health and depression, high cholesterol, arthritis and pain, thyroid disease, asthma and allergies, gastrointestinal disorders, Parkinson’s and MS, and many more; including select cancer and specialty medications.
