Request are received on a rolling basis. Planting occurs twice annually in the Spring season (May-June) and Fall season (October- December). In any year, planting request received after March 1st will be fulfilled in the fall. Planting request received after August 1st will be fulfilled in spring   of the next year.

Requested trees will be planted in the front berm (between the street and sidewalk) at the address entered in the form. If you would like the tree located somewhere other than the front berm, please provide additional details in the comments section of the form.                                                                                                                   &
Please note: Once your tree request has been reviewed and vetted, it will be placed on our Spring schedule. If we cannot accommodate the request within our Spring planting timeline, it will be added to the Fall schedule.
