TPC Vision & Mission
Troy People Concerned connects the community to provide a helping hand in times of need.

​Troy People Concerned is a service organization supporting Troy residents in times of need with assistance, information, and referrals.

Our programs for qualified low-income Troy residents include the following:
• Information Services – connecting residents in crisis to organizations that may be able to assist them.
• School Supplies for Troy children.
• Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas adopt-a-family programs, when donors are available.
• Limited financial assistance to avoid gas and electric shut-off or eviction, when funds are available.
• Senior End-of-Season Leaf Raking and Spring Clean-up, when volunteers are available.

Office hours: Monday-Friday  9:00 am-1:00 pm Summer hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00 am-12:00 pm
(In-office visits are by appointment only)
