Vehicle Modifications – Wheelchairs 4 Kids provides wheelchair ramps or lifts for vehicles meet certain criteria. The parent or guardian must own the vehicle or provide a notarized letter from the owner permitting the modification.

Home Modifications – Wheelchairs 4 Kids provides some home modifications such as ramps, door widening, grab bars, etc. Each home modification is evaluated on a case by case basis dependent on the structure of the home. The parent or guardian must own the home or provide a notarized letter from the owner permitting the modification.
