Covenant House’s doors are always open to all young people who need housing
and help, regardless of their race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression. Job Development program prepares our kids for the world of work
and independence. The staff teach job expectations, workplace ethics, communi-
cation skills and teamwork. With staff support, our kids prepare resumes and port-
folios and participate in mock interviews.
