Financial Aid Fund:
Approved patient will receive a one-time $1,000.00 payment to be applied towards the following expenses: rent/mortgage, transportation, utilities, food/nutritional needs and/or lodging.

Bereavement Fund:
Offers one-time $1,000 grants to eligible bereaved families to assist with the expense of laying a loved one who has passed from Sepsis, Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) or Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) to rest.

Amputee Fund:
Provides direct financial assistance to individuals who have experienced sepsis-related amputation within the past six months, helping those whose lives have been forever changed by sepsis overcome the life-altering challenges of recovery.
