The Cass Free Medical Clinic is open at Cass Community United Methodist Church from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturdays year round and at the Scott Building from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Wednesdays during the school year. Volunteer doctors and Wayne State University medical students staff the operation, offering health screenings, providing simple medications, and, as needed, arranging for pro-bono procedures.
