The “Ready, Educate, Advance, and Deploy Youth (READY) Program
Teen employment program is a workforce development initiative designed to recruit, train and place students on a path to achieving their career goals through
a 12-week training program. During the program, skilled instructors teach com- puter literacy, customer service, basics of entrepreneurship and community engagement. Students who complete our program have the skills to succeed in
the workplace, the experience to enhance their resume and the life skills to reach their goals. For those in 11th and 12th grade.
