City of Roseville / Subsidized Senior Citizens Housing Program
This is a federally funded program, which provides affordable housing for senior citizens. Effective July 30, 2018, both Senior Buildings and Campus are smoke-free.

Senior citizens 62 years old and older are eligible. Residents of Roseville (living or working) are given preference over nonresident applicants. The rent is calculated based on 30% of annual adjusted income. All utilities are included, except for telephone and cable television. Lawn Senior Buildings
25524 and 25525 Lawn St.
These buildings are designated for seniors 62 years of age and older, and non-elderly people 50 years old or older. Residents of Roseville (living or working) are given preference over non- resident applicants. The rent is calculated based on 30% of one’s annual adjusted income. All utilities are included, except for telephone and cable television. Eligibility is determined by household size and annual gross income.
