Crossroads is a social service outreach agency with two locations in Detroit. Must call at 8 a.m.
SHARP for appointment for the next day. Crossroads will help with paying for Birth Certificate,
and document will be sent by mail to State. The State will return the document to Crossroads
where you can pick up in 6 to 8 weeks. Also helps with children’s Birth Certificate.
