equity in our communities by increasing housing stability and affordable homeownership for Detroit residents.

Home Repair & Maintenance Services:
Home repair services help homeowners invest in and repair their homes. Our Members will work
with you to explore and apply for local programs that get you closer to your goals.

Home maintenance and repair workshops teach homeowners how to invest in and repair their homes.
Led by a housing counselor, you will learn about things you can do on your own – as well as programs
that may be available to you – to keep your property safe, healthy and valuable.
