Transitional Housing:
Transitional Housing Residents may stay up to 2 years while they address issues that contrib- uted to their homelessness. While there, they are able to work towards stability, education and training, and management, education, mental health, employment and substance abuse after-care services are available to help residents succeed. Follow-up is provided for up to six months after they leave to help them successfully overcome all obstacles to independence and stability.
Permanent Housing:
Permanent Housing Residents must have a disability that prevents the resident from independ- ently living in community housing. These may include chronic, debilitating health issues, mental illnesses, severe substance addictions, or developmental delays. They may remain in the pro- gram as long as they like.

DRMM has housing prioritized for Veterans at our 211 Glendale location in Highland Park. The new apartments include kitchenettes, upgraded fixtures & renovated common areas that will meet the needs of veterans to serve as permanent, sustainable housing.
