FYI’s RRH program is a scattered site apartment program, housing young adults ages 18-24. There are up to seven apartments available at a time, with three, two bedrooms apartments dedicated to housing young adults and their children. While involved in the program young adults will have access to many supportive services. Eligibility is determinant for 18-24-year-
old who meet the HUD definition of homelessness. This includes those who are: literally homeless (lacking fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residents), in immanent Risk (those who will lose their primary nighttime residents within 14 days), or fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence.
