What:
“In the Spirit of Giving” – an outreach of the Monroe Vicariate Catholic Churches to Monroe County residents in need of furniture and household items. (Individuals are referred from area agencies that assist the homeless and working poor.)
When:
As you are able and when there is a need. Our doors are open to assist our referred guests on Wednesday’s 2 pm – 4 pm; and on Saturdays, 10 am – 12 pm.
Who:
Grandparent/Parent/Child teams; Adults able to guide those seeking furniture & household items; Adults with pickup trucks to receive donations from donors and deliver large items
to our guests when needed.
Where:
Rear of the IHM Motherhouse (northwest corner) located at 610 West Elm Ave. Bright yellow signs with black “In the Spirit of Giving” lettering are positioned along the IHM Motherhouse driveway on Wednesday’s and Saturday’s.
