IPH Health Center is required to serve all patients regardless of insurance status or ability to pay for services.
However, you may be expected to pay a nominal fee for services, based on sliding-fee scale federal poverty
guidelines and eligibility determination. Proof of income is required. IPH staff will provide assistance with insurance enrollment for those patients who are eligible. This requirement is fundamental to the IPH Health Center model as the majority of the Health Center’s patients are low-income, under-insured or uninsured persons
with no other primary health care.
