Aging in Place Services:
Navigating the complex array of services available to older adults who may have chronic,
progressive illnesses and those in need can be confusing and frustrating. JFS Older Adult
Services staff can help families and individuals find appropriate, available resources and alleviate barriers to access – including lack of knowledge, language skills, etc. We partner
with community agencies, hospitals, pharmacies and attorneys to ensure our clients rec- eive just the right services and support to maintain independence and dignity throughout their lives.
