LEXINGTON HABITAT FOR HUMANITY HOMEOWNERSHIP PROGRAM

The homebuyer application period is closed as of 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 22, 2025. Applications received after 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 22nd will not be processed. We expect to reopen the application period in 2026.  Fill out the form on the website to be notified when applications reopen.

PLEASE READ: Lexington Habitat for Humanity property locations are limited and will be made available after a household has been accepted into the program. Interested applicants must be willing to purchase a single family attached townhome in Fayette County. The number of bedrooms will be based on household size. Houses will be sold to approved applicants through an affordable mortgage.
