LIMB PRESERVATION FOUNDATION
The Limb Preservation Foundation is committed to the prevention and treatment of limb threatening conditions due to cancer, trauma or infection. The Foundation raises funds to support research, education, college scholarship and patient assistance programs.
Mission:
The mission of the Limb Preservation Foundation is providing support and community for those experiencing life and limb threatening conditions.
Vision:
Through research, patient assistance, and educational programs, we strive to offer hope, resources, and innovative solutions to those in need.
Patient Assistance Programs:
We are here to provide emotional, financial, and navigational support to get you through the biggest challenge you’ve ever faced! The Limb Preservation Foundation provides financial assistance, emotional support, and educational resources to patients with limb loss or who are at risk of limb loss. We believe patients with limb-threatening conditions need to focus on healing, not on whether the heat will remain on or if a loved one can be by their side during treatment. We are here to help YOU during this stressful time.
Grant Guidelines:
A patient’s eligibility to receive a grant is based on their financial need as well as the medical and personal situation. All applications must be accompanied by a letter or written statement from a medical professional (social worker, case manager, physician, etc.) verifying a patient’s diagnosis and financial situation. Applications must be submitted by the medical professional. We will not accept applications submitted by the patient.
Currently, the Limb Preservation Foundation is only able to serve individuals residing in the Rocky Mountain Region (limited to the states of Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming).
