MIDDLE KENTUCKY COMMUNITY ACTION PARTNERSHIP

Middle Kentucky is a non-profit organization that was incorporated in 1965. Established to provide and promote necessary services to low-income families in Eastern Kentucky in the counties of Breathitt, Lee, Owsley and Wolfe. ​​

​​​Middle Kentucky’s mission is to eliminate barriers, empower individuals and families to achieve economic security through programs and services and by partnering with other service providers in our community.

Services Offered:  CSBG – Community Service Block Grant  / Head Start  /   LIHEAP – Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program  /Transportation   / WIOA – Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ​ ​​
