Beginning April 6th, 2012 Novi Senior Transportation Service will expand to offer rides 10 miles beyond the city limits
and will add non-medical destinations to its stops. The new service is for residents age 55 and older or physically chal-
lenged non-seniors. Riders will be able to take the vans to restaurants, grocery stores, shops, friend’s homes and other places. Six buses are to run 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays. After-hours trips can be made until
9 p.m. weekdays and 5 p.m. Saturdays with three days’ notice. The cost is $4 for a ride within the city and $6 for a ride
outside the city within the 10 miles.
