The Out-Wayne County Continuum of Care (CoC) is comprised of multiple partner agencies
who collaborate and utilize creative strategies to help meet people’s housing needs in Out-Wayne Co. communities. The Coordinated Entry System ensures all people experiencing a housing crisis have fair and equal access to housing assistance.
MCKINNEY-VENTO SERVICES:
Provides Education supports to students experiencing homelessness as well as training and technical assistance to schools.

Our team will come to you! If you are living on the streets and have a mental health or sub-stance use diagnosis, you can call us at 734-284-6999 and we will have our team meet you
where you are currently living.

Supportive Services for Survivors of Domestic Violence
Supportive Services for Veterans and their Families
TRANSITIONAL HOUSING:
Rapid Rehousing (RRH) (for families and individuals)
Save Haven (mental illness)
Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH)
Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)
