PACE is a program of all inclusive care for people over the age of 55, that live in our service area of Wayne, Oakland
and Macomb Counties, is safe in the community and meets a level of care need. Our entire program is at no cost to
those eligible for Medicaid. PACE provides transportation to all medically necessary appointments as well as much,
much more.
