ReBuild Detroit – A SER Skilled Trades Readiness Program:
ReBuild Detroit – A SER Skilled Trades Readiness Program (RBD) is a free
8-week Apprenticeship Readiness Training Program licensed by the State
of MI. The curriculum is designed to prepare students for a career in construction
trades or any apprenticeship. A fast-track is available for supporting those who
have work experience in the industry on a case-by-case basis.
Participants who enroll into the SER ReBuild Detroit – A SER Skilled Trades
Readiness Program (RBD) will receive the basic education, literacy, academic instruction and work readiness training necessary to enter directly into career pathways within the construction industry or to apply for entry into apprentice-
ship opportunities with SER’s extensive network of labor partners.
