We recognize the common struggles survivors face after experiencing trauma, such as jumpiness, nightmares, shame, and withdrawal from people. Our trauma-informed approach acknowledges the intersectionality of these experiences with factors like racism, addiction, and gender biases.

Our crisis intervention and therapy services prioritize avoiding re-victimization and offering options for survivors regardless of when the trauma occurred. We provide free support, including in-person meetings within our 17-county region, translation services, and transportation assistance.
