Qualifications for service:
1. A court order requiring non-custodial parent to pay child support
2. Live in an eligible state
3. Non-custodial parent not in jail or prison
4. Must be owed $2000 or more in child support
5. Not currently receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
6. No payments received within 60 days (or 180 days if you live in CA)
